How can we make TV works in Japanese cars so that they can show us PTV atleast

Your car must have a TV made for the Japanese Market installed in your car, then it will be using NTSC signal, which is NOT supported in Pakistan. Try to turn it on, if it just shows the Blue screen, then it might just need a TV Tuner, if it show some sort of Flicker, meaning TV picture is moving Vertically Up or Down continuously, then its a Signal Conflict.

Pakistan like UK, and other British Colonial Countries, uses PAL broadcast Signal. You might need some sort of Signal Converter.
