How to minimize engine vibration in mehran

plz anyone tell me how to minimize engine vibration that make the whole dashboard vibrarate in mehran which inturn diturbs my car deck any way to stop it

its not a big problem just go to a mechanic and ask him to increase the "RAISE" .the vibration will be minimized but the fuel consumption will increase a little.
