How to open and clean car plugs [Cultus vxri EFI]

I want to clean plugs of new cultus efi myself. Can anybody help me out how can i open up them or any one had done DIY on it. Pictorial demonstration will be very helpful.

It is very easy job but check your owners manual first because they last for long time(20-30,000) km
