I don't want lows anymore

guys.ive desided.im buy and sell my 2308 Type R d4, and plug them.
actually in my area no one cares for lows.ppl me laugh when they hear the lows, shakes, rattling and they say 9k sub ka koi aur bass ghnta nae.
so im switching to mid-bass now.ill running the subs at caliber21000.
The problem that now arises is regarding the housing that I have.now How can I tune it high? shud I cut the length of the L-port?
I want damn good mid bass that ppl can hear frm a gud away.
Energy level, Maggi, GeForce ur help is needed.
one more thing ill change the wiring of the moment.
