I need a manual for the 1999 Civic

Hi,

I have a 1999 Civic and I’m having trouble with low RPM and brake issues. When the car is idling and I press the brake pedal, it goes all the way to the floor. I’ve done brake bleeding five times, but it hasn’t helped. I need a manual for the 1999 Civic Pakistani model to understand how to fix these issues and check for other possible causes. I’d really appreciate any help.
