I need some information

Well, not some, but A LOT of information.
I have a mehran, 2003..and i live in Lahore.. I have to get somethings repaired:

1) the pipe which goes from the compressor to the condenser snapped out, two times before actually. Bought new everytime. This is the third pipe that was snapped from where it connects to the condenser, my electrician got it punched and i was billed about 500 rupees for the pipe only.. this time it has snapped out from the other side, i want to get that punched, can anyone tell me from where can I get it punched and also I have to get the R134 Gas filled and IF NECESSARY get the other components of the AC changed. From where should I get all this done, I would like you to recommend me a good place where they offer good prices and service, OR for that matter from where should I buy the stuff needed and i can get it installed by my electrician. And how much should I pay the electrician for this... Please don't recommend Lahore car AC or cool line for that matter, i have had bad experience with them this time. The pipes that were snapped , were bought from them(as they refused to replace).. and they repaired my AC. My electrician says that there is no problem with your compressor or the components its just that pipes are of low quality.

2)I have to get the engine overhauled. New piston rings, new valves/guides, headgaskit and stuff. And also the rubber seal which is between the oil pan and the engine. From where should I buy this stuff, i want some quality stuff. And also, my mechanic is good with engines, I want to know how much should I pay him to get my engine done. as in put all this stuff..

3)New front shocks w/ springs and tie rod ends/boots and that CHIMTA thingy.. again, from where should i buy the suspension stuff at good prices and good quality products. And how much should I pay my mechanic to install this stuff.

4)From where should I buy RELAYS, they keep dieing out on me. Also I want to rewire all the stuff so that all the RELAYS, (horn, lights, fan etc) so stay inside the car under the dashboard. How much should I pay the electrician to do this job?
