I want to switch from Honda City to Aqua o r Prius?

I currently own 2018 model Honda City Manual. I want to buy now the Toyota Aqua o r Toyota City which have the better safety features. Actually, I want to have a car with airbags. My range is 2.5 million. I want to buy a Prius o r Aqua but there is a ground clearance issue. Please help me in this confusion. Which car should I buy, the Aqua o r Prius? Thanks in advance for your suggestions and recommendations.
