Idea only if technically possible

I am using HID in my high Beam and now i guess i am sick of it.

instead of selling it i am thinking to install it in the FOG lamps.

so here is the idea which i have in mind but i am thinking is it possible and how much it will cost.

so the Idea is that i get my self fog lamps and install this projector in it and install hid in it so is it possible?

if yes then for where i can get these projector and any one skilled enough to do its fitting in the fog lamp?

how much will it cost me in total

and will it be as good as a projector in head light.
