Ideal temperature level of a car

Guys,

I drive Toyota corrolla 2000 XEG with the AC on. The problem is that the temperature level reaches halfway throughi.e in between H and C. I've heard its bad for the engine. Should I get the water coolant changed? & what is the ideal temperature level be?

yaar if u want to keep it near c
then
1. change your fan from auto to manual & run it continously
2.also install 12 blade extra fan in addition to it

2 fan will keep temp. low.
also get your radiator serviced after every 2 months & change coolant as usual,use good quality costly coolant
