Since Tesla does not have an official service center in Pakistan, what common problems do Model S owners experience regarding maintenance, software diagnostics, and availability of genuine spare parts? How costly and time-consuming is the repair process for frequently reported issues?

Because Tesla has no official service center in Pakistan, owners must rely on third-party EV specialists o r import parts from the UAE, UK, o r USA. This leads to several challenges:

High maintenance costs because spare parts and batteries are expensive to import.

Long repair times due to delays in ordering parts.

Some mechanics lack Tesla-specific expertise, causing risk of improper diagnostics.

Software-locked components sometimes require Tesla’s authorization, making repairs harder.
Overall, maintenance is possible but complicated, expensive, and slower compared to countries with official support.
