Increasing Compression

Does anyone know about compression ratio and how to shave the head? It would be great if some photos of head milling are posted.

most toyota engines of different displacement across the same model lineup have dished pistons to makeup for increased displacement. If you replace them with flat one, you will gain compression ratio. Good for CNG.
