93 Nissan Bluebird SSS Indicators won't go off by itself ... plz help !

well hello every1. I drive a bluebird 93 SSS aka Altima in the US.
I had done the steering and wheel balancing 2 months back and now left and right indicators won't go off by themselves. what could be the problem ??
the mechanic says that whoever removed the horn cover has broken the plastic part which automatically cancels the left and right indicators.
i checked with the auto parts shop and they could not identify which part it is. Please could anyone of u help. ??? is such a part available ??...

i dont think the plastic "tiki" is broken. it isnt placed/positioned back properly.electrician or alignment guys can open and put the steering wheel back properly aligning it with the plasic disc....
