Info on CL-7

I am using Honda Accord CL-7 .I have imported this car from Japan.I am based in Pakistan. I have a problem. All the information displayed on the Navigation screen is in Japanese Is there and way to convert this information into English.
Also the time displayed is Japan's standard time.How to change it to Pakistan's standard time.

Basically its a JDM (Japenese Domestic Model) meant for japan.Thr iznt any possibility to change the language only those accords imported frm UK have the navigation in english language as they r european models..You can not even set the clock as the clock is linked wid da navigation if the navigation will properly work thr u can set the clock as in pakistan navigation doesnt work
