INFO required !! SAT NAV & TV on Board

I was wondering if anyone can explain what is the point with a satellite TV and navigation on board the cars in Pakistan. Street map of Pakistan is not available, so the navigation is useless and I'm not sure you can receive terrestrial television in the car and who wants to PTV 1 and 2 look as if everyone watching Star Plus. Please enlighten me!

No, not to use them, because no maps availables. Myts that the cards are in full swing, but I think it still wont work. ISB in the case. They block a road one day and open it the next day. You're not really sure which way would be open or not
