Is aggressive tire wear on Changan Oshan X7 common due to Pakistani road conditions?

I drive my Oshan X7 mostly on urban roads in Lahore, and I’ve noticed uneven tread wear after just 10,000 km. Are rough road surfaces o r frequent braking in traffic known to cause premature o r uneven tire wear on this model?

Yes, aggressive o r premature tire wear is common in Pakistan, especially in urban areas with poorly maintained roads, uneven speed breakers, and frequent braking in traffic. These conditions can strain the tires and suspension system, especially on SUVs like the Oshan X7. In addition, cheap o r low-quality tires, which some owners install after the stock tires wear out, can wear out quickly. To minimize this:

Use high-quality tires with correct load ratings

Keep tire pressure optimal

Get regular alignments

Rotate tires every 8,000–10,000 km

Drive cautiously over bumps and potholes
