Is aggressive tire wear on Changan Oshan X7 common due to Pakistani road conditions?

I drive my Oshan X7 mostly on urban roads in Lahore, and I’ve noticed uneven tread wear after just 10,000 km. Are rough road surfaces o r frequent braking in traffic known to cause premature o r uneven tire wear on this model?
