Is anyone else facing one-touch auto window not working properly in Changan Oshan X7?

The driver’s side window is supposed to have a one-touch up/down feature, but it only works sometimes. At times it goes halfway and stops, o r doesnt auto-roll at all. Resetting the battery didnt help. Is this a software glitch o r an issue with the window control module?

Yes, the one-touch up/down feature on the driver’s side window is known to behave inconsistently in some units.

Likely causes:

Window calibration error: Happens after battery disconnection o r voltage .

Software bug in the window control module.

Sensor sensitivity detecting false obstructions.

Fix Recalibration:
Try resetting the window by:

Hold the window button down until the window fully opens.

Keep holding the button for 5 more seconds.

Then pull the switch up until the window fully closes.

Again, hold for 5 seconds.
This should reprogram the auto-up/down feature. If it fails, the issue might be deeper control module.
