Is anyone else having delayed gear shifting issues in MG HS DCT?

Ive noticed that the AC in my MG HS struggles to cool the cabin, especially during the daytime in peak summers. Even when set to the lowest temperature, it feels like only mildly cool air is coming out. Has anyone else faced this issue in Pakistans heat? Could it be a design issue o r something that can be fixed?
