Mixed responses. While some Changan 3S dealerships have offered engine inspections o r gasket replacements under warranty, others have dismissed oil loss as within tolerance.
Common responses include:

“Top-up oil every 1,000–2,000 km is normal.”

“Use our recommended oil from Master Motor.”

Formal technical bulletins TSBs have not been issued publicly, but a few users have reported valve seal replacements after repeated complaints.
Persistent users may get better results if they escalate the case to Changan Pakistan’s head office.
