Is contaminated fuel in Pakistan contributing to purge valve failure in Changan Karvaan?

Low-quality fuel o r excessive moisture can damage components in the EVAP system. Could the widespread use of adulterated petrol be damaging the purge valve more quickly?

Yes. Pakistani fuel often contains:

High levels of impurities

Water moisture

Low-octane additives

These contaminants can clog o r corrode the purge valve, causing it to stick open o r closed. Using fuel from trusted stations can reduce this risk.
