Is faulty suspension geometry o r weak shock absorbers in Changan Alsvin contributing to irregular tire wear in Pakistan?

Could worn suspension parts, especially in the front, be putting uneven pressure on the tires and causing scalloping o r cupping?

Absolutely. Common causes include:

Soft o r under-damped shock absorbers, especially in base models.

Lower arm bushings o r tie rod ends wearing prematurely due to rough roads.

Incorrect camber/toe settings not being adjustable on cheaper suspensions.

Worn shocks can lead to cupping/scalloping, especially on rear tires. Many Pakistani Alsvin users report this by 15,000 km.
