Is Havouline Formula 10W30 good?

I have Suzuki FX 1986 in a very good condition. Driven 62000km. Engine overhauled at 59000km. Now I am going to change my engine oil.

Please suggest me which is best? Is Havouline Formula 10W30 good? for old engines, people say that 20W50 is good but i have overhauled my engine recently and havouline formula is not available in 20W50 in karachi.

spectra, storm and other experts, pls suggest? also the oil filter and air filter and after how much kms i should change oil?
