Is it Gearbox Noices?..

I've suzuki mehran the noice just like hammm is coming during 45 to 75 kmh..plz suggest the economical solution to remove this noice..

It could be bearings aswell because most mehrans have this problems there bearings start making silly sounds.........
Or it has to be mechanically checked then you can diagnose any problem..
