Is it normal?

Dear friends! suppose u r driving in 1st or 2nd gear and car runs ok on a plain road but if u lifts ur foot from clutch n accelerator, it starts jerking (jhatkay khana), is it normal whether on petrol or CNG??

who drive in 1st or 2nd with the clutch pressed ???? while accelerating or normally driving clutch is always unpressed
