Is it normal for Changan Oshan X7 brake pads to wear out quickly in hilly areas like Murree o r Abbottabad?

I often drive in the northern areas, and my brake pads seem to wear out faster than expected. Is this due to frequent braking on slopes, o r could it be an issue with the pad quality o r braking system design?

Get brake pads checked more often if you travel to these regions frequently — even every 10,000–15,000 km instead of waiting longer.
