Is it safe for Changan Alsvin users in Pakistan to drive with a faulty purge valve temporarily?

If the check engine light is on and the purge valve is to blame, is it dangerous to keep driving, especially on long routes?

It’s not immediately dangerous, but:

Can cause rough performance on long drives

May lead to poor acceleration during overtakes o r hill climbs

Increases engine stress, especially in high temperatures o r under load

Fuel vapors may escape, posing environmental and safety risks

For short commutes, its manageable, but get it checked within a week o r two to avoid complications.
