Is it some gear transmission problem?

Is it some gear transmission problem?

Civic 97 Exi Auto Transmission ::

When I bought the car (used), the gear oil was a noy clean. I changed the whole oil with new gear oil. After about 500 Kms of driving, when check the gear oil again, it was again dirty. The mechanic said that get the gear oil changed at 5000Kms.

Anyway in normal driving the gear shifting had no problem. So I tried out the following things.

1. did the accerlaration to about 4000 rpm and put it in D4, the tyre screecing was not of the level as i expected with a 4000rpm pick up. Did that twice.

2. Press the accelerated from 0- 90 in D4, the car did not shifted to the third gear but the rpm meter went near to 6000, so i let go into the third gear by releasing the accelerator a bit. The pick wasnt good in the start but after 50km/h, it went to 90Km/h in just 2-3 secs approx.
Did this thing twice.

Now i am having the following problem which wasnt present before doing this stuff. Now while driving normally, when the car shifts gear a whistling type sound comes when the car shift in a new gear remains there for some seconds during initial load at that gear and then goes off. The sound is not that irritating but i am feeling a diiference, even a friend noticed this thing that the car is giving some strange voice, you can say a deep husky whistle type sound from engine.

I dont know what is the problem? Can you guys tell what could be the possible reason?

What i am think is something wrong with the gear box?

Await replies.

probably u r new to Auto gears and doing experiments teen agers do.
ur testing procedures 1) and 2) are recipes to break down a gear box. keep doing it and end up changing the whole gear box soon
i change my auto box oil after 30,000km. Put only auto transmission fluid not manual gear oil. Auto gear oils have thin viscosity

and the noise u hear can be due to many reasons and not necessarily the gearbox.
