Is new XLI 2009 underpowered..?

hi guys ..

i have found that the new Xli has sum underpowerd issue..coz while driving u have to change the gears frequently in city traffic and most of the time it require 1st gear.

my cuzin also feeling this prom in his Xli..

just wana know ur experiences..
