Is the coolant reservoir o r radiator cap in Alsvin also faulty, leading to leakage misdiagnosed as a radiator problem?

Could the actual issue be from a loose o r defective radiator cap o r coolant tank, and not the radiator body itself?

Yes, in many cases:

A worn radiator cap fails to hold pressure, causing coolant to boil and overflow

A leaky expansion tank hose o r loose cap can simulate radiator leaks

Always check the reservoir and cap condition before assuming the radiator is the source of the problem.
