Is the electrical system o r alternator in Changan Alsvin supplying unstable voltage, leading to frequent bulb burnouts?

Could over-voltage o r sudden current spikes be a hidden cause behind bulbs frequently blowing out?

There is no widespread recall, but mechanics suspect:
