Is the fuel average of the Oshan X7 really this bad in city driving

I was expecting better mileage from a 1.5 turbo engine, but I’m barely getting 7–8 km/l in city traffic Karachi/Lahore. Even with careful driving, there’s not much improvement. Is this normal, o r could there be an issue with the ECU o r turbo system?
