Is the Slight Clicking o r Knocking Sound When Turning in MG HS Normal?

Every time I turn the steering wheel, especially during sharp turns o r U-turns, I hear a clicking o r knocking sound from the front. Is this an issue with the steering rack, CV joints, o r maybe the suspension system?

Clicking o r knocking noises during sharp turns are not normal and usually indicate wear o r movement in front-end components.

Possible causes:

Worn CV constant velocity joints – especially if the sound comes from near the front wheels.

Loose suspension bushings o r stabilizer links.

Steering rack movement o r internal damage – may cause knocking.

Steering column joint wear – less common but possible.

Action:
Have your vehicle inspected for CV joint wear, especially if the sound happens during full-lock turns. Also check suspension bushings and links, which can loosen due to Pakistans bumpy roads.
