Is the third row in the Changan Oshan X7 actually usable for adults on long drives?

I’m considering the 7-seater version of the Changan Oshan X7, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about the third-row comfort. Can adults sit comfortably in the back on long trips, o r is it more suitable for children?

The third row in the Changan Oshan X7 FutureSense 7-seater variant is best suited for children o r shorter adults. While its usable for short distances, legroom and headroom are limited for adults on longer trips.

Key points:

Adults above 57” may feel cramped in the third row.

The seating height is low, which results in an awkward knee-up position.

Ideal for children o r teenagers, but not recommended for long journeys with 7 full-sized adults.

If you regularly need to seat 7 adults, a larger SUV o r MPV like the Kia Carnival might be more suitable.
