LIANA AC/Fan Partial Cooling Issue

AOA,

Guys I am facing a problem related to AC cooling. The problem is that out of the 4 Air outlets on my dash board, only 2 of them (the one's on left) are giving cool air while the other two(the one's on right) are just blowing out normal air. (AS IN THE SNAPSHOT)

Their is no problem in the AC itself. Its only that the cool air is not being directed to the air outlets on the right .

Any recommended solutions?.......

Actually i consulted a AC guy & he told me that it was an electricians job because the turn knob used to switch between hot & cold air is an electronic switch further operating a motor & it is not fully opening the path for cold air for the right side vents.
