what is the price of cultus rear bumper and rear light?

^^^The two piece bumper All original costs 6.5K Pak Suzuki- Tiawan made will cost you not more than Rs 1.8K -- Back lights no Idea.

For VXRi - Back bumper Tiawan Made Rs 1.8K. (No Idea for the original one - but the quality is same for the Pak-suzuki and Tiawan one for the VXRi Bumpers)
