Loss of Power / Acceleration on Uphills!!!

Hi Everyone, Recently I am experiencing loss of power/ acceleration while driving up hills. The car seems to do well when climbing without any interruptions/braking, however as soon as the car has slowed down due to some bloody truck in front or for some other reasons on a climb, it becomes very difficult for the car to power back.Strangely it losses more power if I convert it to petrol from CNG. Else my car does well driving on normal(plain) roads with good acceleration. I have a kia Spectra on CNG. Can someone come out with a good tip to solve this mystery please!!!
