Maintaining Diesel Engine. Need Advices

Hello people I recently bought Pajero 2002 model and its diesel engine 3.2L. I need advices how to maintain the diesel engine and I am new to it never bought a diesel car in past. Which oil should I use ? Is there anything to be mixed with oil to maintain engine ? In how many Kilometre's should I get my diesel tank cleaned because in Pakistan diesel is pathetic and you can clearly see dust particles in it. Last thing after how many Kilometre's should I change the oil ? And which oil will suit my car. Thanks in advance. Xulfiqar and other experts your advice will be highly appreciated.

Use a diesel rated oil - API CH4 minimum and viscosity rating of 15W40

replace your fuel filter every 10,000 kms and use a branded product, get some MANN or Donaldson brand filters if you can.

always use a branded air and oil filter with every change..

Always use proper coolant (e.g. emarat, fuchs) in your diesel motor to prevent cavitation and pitting of the cylinder block - not some copy osaka brand crap

Use a proper high CCA battery for easy starting in cold (DIN type Yuasa wet battery is the best)
