MG HS Warning Sign AC & Fan Not Working

My MG HS is displaying a warning sign on the hood, and the air conditioning and fan are not functioning. Can you help me identify the problem?

The sensor itself is integrated into the lock system. If the fans are not functioning, it suggests that there is a grounding issue with the front clip of the vehicle.

Better get it checked from a professional mechanic.
