Milage/Performance issues

I have City-IDSI 1.3 2006 model. Its 26K driven. I have been enjoying good performance with a very decent milage 13-15K/L within the city over a period of last year or so but now I feel that it is gradually going down especially the milage part. It has gone down to 10-11. Can Any one suggest what could be the problem? and solutions?
