Mini Pajero Idling Problems!

Hello all, I hope that someone can help. I have a 1995 Mini Pajero and it sometimes dies while idling especially when comming to a stop from about 50 KMph this happens both on CNG as well as Ptrol. I have gotten it tuned and even the throttle taken apart and cleaned but no help. The jeep RPM comes down to about 1000 then shudders and drops till the engine is dead when comming to a stop. I think it might have somethign to do with the throttle control motor would love any inout or insight into this problem. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

The idling speed is already at 1200 RPM I will definately have the brake boster checked. BTW is does this even when parked now all I have to do is rev till 5 - 6000 RPM and hold the clutch and the engine dies.
