Misfire when refill full cylinder

dear experts meri car me ajeeb prob hai car is spectra , jab bhi cylinder full karwao to 8 ya 10km tak gari misfire karti hai i mean patakhy, phir sahi hojati hai plz tel me kia prob hai mixture b set karwaya hai but still in prob , i think kit me koi prob hai pressure me ziada cng inter hoti hai engine me,

u should stop thinking and assuming and get it fixed before u break the air cleaner box and burn the air filter
spano is right, probably cng kit reducer's diaghram might not be functioning correctly
