Missing@ 100 Km/Hr

My Charade starts missing when it is accelerated to 100 Km/Hr. It happens on both petrol and CNG. An alarm sound also comes out from its counsel. It feels that the engine prohibits acceleration beyond 100km/hr and theres loss of power and car begins to shake to and fro.

Pls help
