I have Hoda 2004, the urban problem is that the gasoline mixes with Mobil Oil and the rising level of Mobil oil.i'm sure no water service.

Chalo woh to normal hai- that's just because it's cold.
Do you get it throughout the day? The main cause could be that there's too much oil- it ends up mixing with the fuel and you end up getting soot from the back.
