Modifications for City 2004

I will be ordering a city by next week. can anyone please help me in following mods in car as in which one to buy and best place to buy from islamabad/pindi

1) Exhaust system: Shall I change the muffler only or change it completly. How is it gonna affect the car ?

2) are 15" rims with 55 profile going to damage car shocks ? + will 195 tyres affect the acceleration ?

3) which spoiler suits best on city

4) Are HIDs bad for Car electrical system ?

5) and the last from where i can get good under car neons in islamabad with wide range of colors to choose.

195-55-15 tyres will do just fine and you won't feel any difference in ride. BUT STAY AWAY FROM GOODYEARS!!! Go for dunlops or YokoHamas or if you have the CASH then TOYOS. The black GTi in Isloo has the TOYOS and they are the best rated tyres around. Same tyre can be found on Evo in 2 fast 2 furious.

HIDs do not effect electrical system if installed properly.

Get an ehxaust with a comparitively small BORE and the sound will be nice. BIG exhausts are no good on the city.
