My 2018 Honda City jerks with AC on

Hey experts, I’m having an issue with my 2018 Honda City 104,000 km. When the AC compressor kicks in, the car jerks, but only when its in gear. In idle, there’s no jerk, and the RPM stays steady. I’ve had spark plugs, coils, catalytic converter, fuel injectors, and fuel pump all checked and cleaned, and the AC system is working fine. The car is smooth with no AC, but when the fan is turned on even without the AC, I feel a slight jerk in the engine. Any advice o r ideas on what could be causing this?

It could be an idle control issue. When the AC kicks in, the engine needs to compensate for the load, and if the idle speed isn’t set right, it might cause the jerk. Maybe check the idle air control valve o r throttle body.
