My 3sfe engine backfiring and not taking full race

can hany body help me with the problem of my 3sfe engine (rav4 ,corona and camry) it not taking full throttle it backfires and also drinking lot of fuel..no eating its drinking the petrol.... checked all sensors ,changed ecu but every thing was alryt,cant trace the faulty area,can any bdy help
