My altis head valves blown up at 80k kms

my car started missing fire and having worse vibration ,i took to toyota sahara they tune every thing but the missing fire cudnt b fixed even then they said may b its head valves got blown off bcaz altis has this prob in common , you blokes have any experience with that ?
