My civic heatup after 20 min drive

bhai baat yeh hay kay rediater lickage bhi nahi or water body bhi theek hay . phir bhi some time water kam ho jata hay or some time without this reason car har dafa heatup ho jati ha about 15 to 20 min drive . ac ka on hona ya na hona is say attach nahi..?
or agar race zida ho i means up to 1300 rpm . is sorat may kya nuksaan ho sakta hay.
mujhay aik or problem bhi hay . plug number three ki wire jhatkay say utar jati hay . isay achi tarah puch kar kay bhi lagaya hay . lekin phir bhi yeh masla hay . kya karna chahyay.?
last problem is that i instal the four tip plugs . lekin in plugs ko laganay say pick kam ho *** hay . yeh kya masla ho sakta hay.?

by the way car is 95civic . and i drive it on cng.

maybe thermostate valve is not working anymore.(its blocked).... plus check again radiator/hose leak,, use proper coolant not water..

eg: toyota coolant costs 1150rs , and is lot better than the green liquid coolant,, but use after solving problem otherwise u waste yr money
