My Civic's Steering is Hard

Assalam-o-Alaikum every one ,,
I hav a Honda civic exi(2005),,,its done 16000k,,,,,,the problem is that the steering wheel has become hard ,,,I just couldnt figure out why???n the power steering oil is ok..the tire pressure is also ok,,,,still its hard ,,,ill go to Honda fort soon,,but can u guys plz tell me wot could be the problem...

possibly the steering pump is not functioning correctly,.. or you have the wrong fluid in it.

is the steering rack correctly libricated/greased?
