My new car is giving jerks

My new car is giving jerks

I have bough new Mehran and it has done only 3500 KM.today when i was travelling on motorway, for almost 100 KM it was all right but after 100 KM it started to give jerks on CNG. Then i changed into Petrol and then the jerks reduced a lot but not completely finished.
Then i went to Mechanic, and he removed one cable, and then i tried to shift from CNG to petrol but i could not and he then agian inserted the cable and then i was able to change to Petrol.
Later on car was OK
He told me there might be mixing of Petrol and CNG
Is it possible that both can mix during travelling. before startring the journey i was on petrol and then on motorway i shifted to cNTG. If they had mixed, why did not the car give me problem in first minue and why after 100KMs.

I always start and stop my car on CNG even in samll trips.
Is it a good practice. Mechanic told me that u should only Swtich off the Car on petrol at nigh and for rest of day u can just switch on and OFF on CNG. What u say.

Well Mehran is very delicate when it comes to Cng and petrol Conversion.Atleast i experienced that.so my advice always try to switchoff on petrol ,,and in try to drive atleast 1 or 2 km on petrol, before changing over to CNG.
