Need advice on ma sound system

hi brothers i hav following sound system but it doesnt produce noticeable sound nobody even look at ma car can somebody help me make it better plzz
so dat i get som nice sound

Pioneer head unit (deh-p6800mp)
2 pioneer 6x9s 220 watt
alpine amp runnig 6x9s 250 watt
kenwood mono amp 1800 watt running subs
2x12" pioneer subs 1000 watt each
